Shipping information

Every sale has its own shipping delay. You can find an estimated shipping delay in the header of each sale, as well as on our product pages.

On some of our sales, a 25 day shipping delay is necessary. Indeed, on these sales, we do not have the stock, we deal directly with our partner brands in order to receive only the items ordered by our clients throughout the duration of the sale. As soon as we receive the products in our warehouse, we prepare your order.

The shipping delay corresponds to the time needed to prepare and send your order. It does not therefore include the delivery time which varies according to the delivery option chosen.

Once your order has been prepared by our Logistics Service, an email will automatically be sent to you.

Thermore® EvoDown®: An ideal alternative to down feathers. This filling consists of free fibres contained by two high density layers.

Thermore EvoDown® is inspired by the soft hand and lofty nature of blown fibres, but achieves the desired effect with fewer limitations. The EvoDown® product can best be described as a rolled free-fibre composite and offers encapsulating layers to stabilize the free fibres within the garment. The end result of the composite technology is the reduced incidence of clumping/fibre migration issues and consistent thermal performance throughout the entire garment. EvoDown® offers virtually the same volume and softness as down feathers, but without all the problems associated with a complete free-fibre system.
