Shipping information

Every sale has its own shipping delay. You can find an estimated shipping delay in the header of each sale, as well as on our product pages.

On some of our sales, a 25 day shipping delay is necessary. Indeed, on these sales, we do not have the stock, we deal directly with our partner brands in order to receive only the items ordered by our clients throughout the duration of the sale. As soon as we receive the products in our warehouse, we prepare your order.

The shipping delay corresponds to the time needed to prepare and send your order. It does not therefore include the delivery time which varies according to the delivery option chosen.

Once your order has been prepared by our Logistics Service, an email will automatically be sent to you.

COMPOSITION:

Renewable, recyclable and biodegradable merino wool, combines all the advantages of traditional wool, synthetic fibres and cotton. It is soft, warm in the cold and cool in the heat, breathable to prevent dampness and has anti-odour properties.

LYOCELL: 100% cellulose fibre. It is biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Lyocell fibres are made from a blend of wood pulp that is dissolved in a non-toxic solvent, NMO (N-Methyl-Morpholine-N-Oxide). The main properties of this fibre are:

strong resistance when wet or dry
excellent moisture absorption (superior to cotton or silk)
Great flexibility and fluidity

Tencel® is a fibre made from eucalyptus wood pulp. Extremely soft, its smooth texture is perfect for sensitive skin. The properties of Tencel® fibre allow improved moisture and sweat wicking. Moisture is absorbed directly by the fabric which can absorb 1.5 times more than cotton. This highly resistant new generation fibre offers a fresh feeling and neutralises odours.

CERTIFICATION:

OEKO-TEX® certified: The innovative fibres used are certified by Oeko-Tex®, an internationally recognised control body. This label certifies that the fibres do not contain chemical elements that are harmful to the skin and the individual.

Fair Wear Foundation: The strictest social standard in the textile industry: Fair Wear Foundation (FWF). This foundation checks and improves working conditions in 11 production countries in Asia, Europe and Africa.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM (TCS): Odlo have invented a temperature control system for their base layer and clothing ranges, with four thermal qualities: X-LIGHT, LIGHT, WARM and X-WARM

Different levels of thermal insulation and moisture wicking guarantee optimal body temperature regulation and keep the body dry.

With this system, it is easy to choose the right under-garment according to the outdoor temperature and activity level.
