Shipping information

Every sale has its own shipping delay. You can find an estimated shipping delay in the header of each sale, as well as on our product pages.

On some of our sales, a 25 day shipping delay is necessary. Indeed, on these sales, we do not have the stock, we deal directly with our partner brands in order to receive only the items ordered by our clients throughout the duration of the sale. As soon as we receive the products in our warehouse, we prepare your order.

The shipping delay corresponds to the time needed to prepare and send your order. It does not therefore include the delivery time which varies according to the delivery option chosen.

Once your order has been prepared by our Logistics Service, an email will automatically be sent to you.

GORE® WINDSTOPPER®: The Gore® WindStopper® membrane is a thin protective barrier that is laminated for a lightweight, windproof fabric. It is made with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), a versatile polymer that enables a microporous structure. These micropores are 900 times larger than water vapour molecules, allowing sweat to escape easily. The fully windproof and extremely breathable membrane blocks wind, while allowing sweat to escape. This combination of protection and breathability reducing wind chill, as well as over-heating during physical activity. A long-lasting treatment on the fabric exterior helps increase water resistance.
