TECHNOLOGY:

mono injection with soft insert: Mono-injection structure optimises performances and helps the boot-fitters in their job, whereas the flexible insert on top of the foot allows easy on/off.

short cuff: The short cuff technology provides a better fit for skiers with smaller legs.

xl buckles: Long lever buckles makes them easy to open and close.

quickmacro ratchet: Quick, anatomic ratchet adjustment to fit all calf sizes.

warm inside: The exclusive insulated material used in the manufacturing of the fore foot guarantees comfort, softness and warmth.

thermo fit liners: RL1, RL2 and RL3 liners are thermoformable. Excellent foot support. Provide right balance of performance and comfort for every skier.

custom tongue: Tongue padding features a hollow instep area to guarantee maximum customization to the skiers' instep. More comfort, more warmth, more ski control.

Power V-Lock Ski: this patented Lange technology enables considerable freedom of movement when walking for optimal comfort and mobility uphill. In addition to this, unlike all-terrain and sidecountry boots, the exclusive Power V-Lock system prevents it the lower shell from collapsing, offering power and unrivalled performance when in ski mode.

Max Grip: Dual injected polyurethane soles providing increased traction and durability for hiking and walking.

3M™ Thinsulate™: These products retain as much heat as possible on a smaller surface area. The technology is warm, lightweight and offers excellent freedom of movement in both clothes and boots, even in cold weather.

Thinsulate is a material made up of fine synthetic fibres that store a lot of air and help ensure warmth.

The 3M company is renowned for its numerous innovations, already found in Neil Armstrong's gear.

The special Thinsulate Insulation fibres ensure a high level of comfort as well as efficient breathability and anti-moisture action, even when practising sports that generate a lot of sweat.

FLEX INDEX:

Flex Index: The flex is the boot's flexibility index. The greater the flex, the more rigid and reactive the boot. On the contrary, a soft flex will be more tolerant and comfortable. The flex of your boot is chosen in relation to your skiing level as well as size.

Men's Flex Index:

  • Flex less than 80: beginner to intermediate
  • Flex from 80 to 110: intermediate to advanced
  • Flex above 110: expert

Women's Flex Index:

  • Flex less than 70: beginner to intermediate
  • Flex from 70 to 100: intermediate to advanced
  • Flex above 100: expert
Important: A flex that is too rigid for the average skier will impede progression. For a heavy and powerful skier, it is essential to increase the ski's flex.
