TECHNOLOGY:

 

Drop Stitch Fusion: Double layer drop stitch fusion is a second layer of PVC fused with the first, deflated layer during manufacturing. Compared to a Double Skin construction, no PVC glue is used.

The Fusion construction enables 30% increased stiffness and 25% lighter weight. The finish is perfect and smooth: No risk of porosity, bubbles or folds.

Increased stiffness and torsion resistance, this is currently the most professional and most sought after in the field of inflatable Stand Up Paddle technology.

 

COMPOSITION:

 

EVA: Compact and dense, EVA foam is a polymer similar to elastomer materials in terms of softness and flexibility. This material is highly resistant and has good clarity and shine, UV resistance and adhesive properties.
