COMPOSITION:

Carbon Graphene 0.4: Graphene-coated yarns trap body heat more effectively and for longer, while the weave allows it to stretch easily while reducing water absorption to a minimum, for an unbeatable drying speed.

GBS Seams: This invisible stitch is well-named because the stitches do not go all the way through the neoprene so they can't be seen.

The heat-sealed seams seams are reinforced with hollow fibre inner lining inserts on the chest and back.

This type of stitching offers more warmth and less weight. The reinforcements protect the seams in the most sensitive and stretchy areas during use.

CONSTRUCTION:

Billabong wetsuits are made durable to protect the oceans:

  • Recycling: 30% recycled car tyres
  • Water-base adhesive: non-toxic replacement for traditional solvent-based glue
  • Limestone Neoprene: natural limestone neoprene to replace traditional petrochemical materials
  • Yarn dyeing: black, graphite and navy are made through Dope Dying to reduce water consumption by 90% compared to traditional dying methods
  • Biodegradable packaging: these wetsuits are delivered in biodegradable, environmentally friendly packaging
