TECHNOLOGY:

 

The Direct Fibre Processing (DFP) technique is a Schuberth innovation. During the process, a robot cuts an amount of fibreglass and blows it into a mould. A precise amount of resin is poured into this mould and fired under high pressure to make an extremely resistant helmet shell.

 

COMPOSITION:


COOLMAX®: A highly technical and unique fabric, specially designed to keep the user dry and comfortable. Coolmax® fabrics are made with polyester fibres that have a large surface area. This special 4-channel fibre forms a transport system to help wick moisture from the skin to the outer layer for optimal heat regulation. Water-repellent, it retains up to 8 times less moisture than nylon and 14 times less than cotton, which helps eliminate odours.

 

CERTIFICATION:

Oeko-Tex® Certification: The innovative fibres used are certified by Oeko-Tex®, an internationally recognised control body. This label certifies that the fibres do not contain chemical elements that are harmful to the skin and the individual.
