Shipping information

Every sale has its own shipping delay. You can find an estimated shipping delay in the header of each sale, as well as on our product pages.

On some of our sales, a 25 day shipping delay is necessary. Indeed, on these sales, we do not have the stock, we deal directly with our partner brands in order to receive only the items ordered by our clients throughout the duration of the sale. As soon as we receive the products in our warehouse, we prepare your order.

The shipping delay corresponds to the time needed to prepare and send your order. It does not therefore include the delivery time which varies according to the delivery option chosen.

Once your order has been prepared by our Logistics Service, an email will automatically be sent to you.

TECHNOLOGY:

Primaloft® :The ECO insulation is made from synthetic fibres including a minimum of 50% PET (from recycled plastic bottles) which form a dynamic insulation structure. The compression-resistant fibres retain heat even when shoes are wet.

Anti-Fatigue: Designed specifically for those who spend all day on their feet, our exclusive anti-fatigue technology is integrated into the midsole and uses geometric cone support to provide exceptional comfort, shock absorption and energy return.

COMPOSITION:

ReBOTL™: We created this environmentally friendly material from non-biodegradable PET plastic bottles, which we recycled and transformed into rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) fibres. This allows us to create products made of 50% recycled PET, with the aim of almost completely reducing the environmental impact of the production processes

CERTIFICATION:

Silver Rated Tanneries: This logo means that one or more major components use at least 50% leather tanned in a facility rated Silver or higher by a third-party environmental audit (LWG). This label ensures a high quality leather from tanneries which are renowned for their eco-friendly engagement trough criteria such as waist management, CO2 emissions as well as the control of water and energy consumption.
