TECHNOLOGY:
Sole ID: Marker Sole.ID bindings are compatible with all types of ski boots. Whether you prefer alpine or touring ski boots, Sole.ID will adapt your bindings in seconds. The secret is the easy-to-use, high performance height-adjustable sliding plate. Sole.ID complies with ISO 5355 (alpine ski boots) and ISO 9523 (boots with ski touring soles) standards.
Gliding AFD: All Marker bindings have an AFD (Anti-Friction Device) and guarantee precision release with almost no influence of dirt, snow or ice. An AFD adjustment to suit the use ensures perfect functionality whether for competitions, children or ski touring.
AFD Stainless Steel: all Marker bindings have an AFD (Anti-Friction Device) and guarantee precision release with almost no influence of dirt, snow or ice. An AFD adjustment to suit the use ensures perfect functionality whether for competitions, children or ski touring.
Triple Pivot Elite Toe: This front jaw concept, with DIN/ISO up to Z 18, guarantees exceptional force when freeriding. The front jaw spring is placed at an angle, and the 5° tilted sole support ensures the highest level of energy absorption to reduce the risk of early release. A large contact surface optimises the forces transmission and allows the use of the highest forces. Jaws with this technology achieve unbeatable levels of performance for their weight.
Inter-Pivot Heel-Piece: this heel-piece has DIN/ISO values of 6-16 for excellent freeride holding power. The pressure is directed to the angle of the elasticity, which increases the holding force and prevents early release.
