TECHNOLOGY:
Manis: Manis composite plates move with controlled elasticity and provide freedom of movement. The stretchy tendons joining the plates can stretch up to 8% of their length and can bend sideways to a 25° angle on each side. It can also twist and bend forwards.
The special padded lining has a sandwich construction with 3 different materials:
- Expanded polyethylene (EPE) for dimensional stability
- Crash Absorb® for shock absorption
- Thermoformed expanded polyurethane (EPU) for comfort
The whole structure is perforated for maximum air flow..
COMPOSITION:
Crash Absorb®: Shape memory material made with viscoelastic waterproof nitrile rubber. It has excellent energy absorption properties and provides a perfect fit.
