TECHNOLOGY:
Hybrid Construction: A blend of 2 constructions to optimise the positive aspects of each material.
The outer shell is made up of a resistant ABS injected shell on top of the head to help absorb shocks and a polycarbonate (PC) lower shell for lightness. It also has expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) on the inside.

SMITH X BOA® FIT SYSTEM: The Smith BOA® fit system is a custom developed Smith-exclusive piece. Building on the proven fit of our ergonomic head form, it offers an intuitive dial system for on-the-fly, single-handed micro-adjustment. This three-quarter haloed design offers key features of self-centring and vertical adjustability, allowing the user to achieve a perfectly customised fit. |
AirEvac™ 2: The AirEvac™ 2 system directs hot air to the exterior of the goggles via external vents and internal channels in the expanded polystyrene coating. The air flow can be adjusted using the Regulator control system of the helmet.
REGULATOR: Adjustable, easy to use and extremely effective, the compact Regulator ventilation system lets you modify the amount of air flow and heat expelled, even while wearing gloves.
