TECHNOLOGY:

C-TEX: Cairn developed C-Tex to help improve skier comfort. This membrane is waterproof but also breathable; it blocks water infiltration through the glove, with a construction that wicks away moisture. It has been laboratory tested and complies with ISO 811-1981 standards. It has a a water pressure resistance level of 10,000 schmerber.

3M™ Thinsulate™: These products retain as much heat as possible on a smaller surface area. This technology is light, warm and provides freedom of movement for the wearer.

Thinsulate is a material made up of fine synthetic fibres that store a lot of air and help ensure warmth.

The 3M company is renowned for its numerous innovations, already found in Neil Armstrong's gear.

The special Thinsulate Insulation fibres ensure a high level of comfort as well as efficient breathability and anti-moisture action, even when practising sports that generate a lot of sweat.

Polartec®: Light, durable fleeces that stand out by their insulation. Made from tear- and wear-resistant polyester threads, clothing has a strong level of breathability, dries quickly and offers amazing heat retention without being heavy.
