TECHNOLOGY:

VPD 2.0: High density foam that enabling excellent impact resistance. Light and flexible, it has the shock absorption properties of a classic shell, while maintaining the look and flexibility of a high density foam. With body heat, the foam softens and hardens on impact.

Multi-Impact EPP Liner: Made with expanded polypropylene, this coating ensures optimal performance and shock absorption even after several low intensity impacts.

SPIN : System of pads built into the helmet to add a layer of rotational impact protection. This patented protection system helps reduce the force transmitted to the brain upon impact.

Aramid Penetration Barrier: A lightweight In-Mold construction, but without resistance to piercing. In order to maintain lightness, but increase the level of protection, an aramid leaf is moulded around the core.

COMPOSITION:

Injected ABS: A high resistance construction with improved shock absorption compared to other constructions. Helmets made this way have 2 parts that are joined and glued: a hard ABS outer shell and an expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam inner layer.

The ABS material is recognised for its shockproof properties, hardness and lightness that allows it to be moulded easily. Expanded polystyrene (EPS) provides thermal insulation and resistance to shocks and compression.
