Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Please select the option "Track my order." 

When will my order ship?

For our "PRIVATE SALES", products are typically delivered within a 25 day period from the end of the sale. On the "Shop", products are usually delivered within an estimated period of 24 working hours.  Delivery dates can vary depending on the shipping address.

The expected delivery date corresponds with the shipment processing and trransit time.

The delivery date has passed and I have not received my order

I have not received all of my order, how should I proceed?

Your order may be shipped in several packages if you have ordered multiple brands.

You will receive a confirmation mail listing the products ordered.  This mail will also show any items that are yet to ship.

Your invoice will be included in your package.

If any of the items listed are missing, please contact our customer service via the "Contact us" section of our website by selecting the object "Track your order"
