MY ACCOUNT

How can I change the email address attached to my account?

To change your email address, simply log onto our website then go to the "MY ACCOUNT" section. Click on "Personal Information" and enter your new email address.

You will then need to reconnect with your new email address.  You will now receive all PrivateSportShop information and updates to your new email.

I am unable to reset my password

Please click on "Forgot my password".  You will receive a new password by email in a matter of minutes.

If the problem persists, please contact our customer service by phone or via the "Contact Us" section of our website, selecting the option "Technical problem".

Once your connection is established, you can simply go to the "My Account" and click on "Personal Information" to change the password.

I would like to unsubscribe from the newsletter, how should I proceed?

Go to "My Account > My Profile > Communications", from here you can select "I no longer wish to receive Special Offers" and/or "I wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter ". There is a standard 48 processing period.

You can also opt to receive a weekly newsletter every Saturday.
