TECHNOLOGY:
DROP STITCH LIGHTWEIGHT: The best inflatable technology on the market. Thousands of polyester fibres are held between two outer layers of reinforced PVC. Inflated under high pressure inflation (10 to 15 psi), these filaments give the board greater rigidity; it’s the Drop Stitch technology. Z-Ray pays attention to the density of the fibres. This new Drop Stitch adds lightness and stiffness to the SUP board.
COMPOSITION:
EVA: Compact and dense, EVA foam is a polymer similar to elastomer materials in terms of softness and flexibility. This material is highly resistant and has good clarity and shine, UV resistance and adhesive properties.
