Organic Cotton: Natural plant fibre that replaces chemical fertilisers and pesticides. This cotton is GMO-free and requires half of the water consumed when cultivating conventional cotton. The fibre is bleached with oxygenated water rather than chlorine. The dyes are made without heavy metals or other carcinogenic substances. |

Organic Content Standard 1: The OSC standard (Organic Content Standard) applies to any non-food products containing 95 to 1 % of organic materials. It checks the presence and percentage of organic materials in the final product, and follow the raw material flow from original to final product.
