TECHNOLOGY:
Hybrid Construction: A blend of 2 constructions to optimise the positive aspects of each material.
The outer shell is made up of a resistant ABS injected shell on top of the head to help absorb shocks and a polycarbonate (PC) lower shell for lightness. It also has expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) on the inside.
STACC Ventilation: The Superficial Temporal Artery Cooling Channel (STACC) ventilation system features a front air intake, an internal channel and a extractor at the back to cool your head without exposing your temples which are the most vulnerable area of the skull. Patent pending.
EPS Construction: Expanded polystyrene (EPS) interior for shock absorption and robustness. As it is close to the head, this layer needs to be as soft as possible while also ensuring maximum protection.
