CONSTRUCTION:
In-Mold: Unique moulding construction between the outer shell and inner lining to considerably reduce helmet weight and increase ventilation. This unique construction also ensures a better diffusion of the impact over a larger part of the helmet.
The outer shell made from polycarbonate (known for its excellent impact resistance) is directly moulded with the expanded polystyrene (EPS) inner foam.
COMPOSITION:
EPS Construction: Expanded polystyrene (EPS) interior construction for great shock absorption and robustness. As it is close to the head, this layer needs to be as soft as possible while also ensuring maximum protection.
