TECHNOLOGY:
BODY MAPPING: Alé Body Mapping system studies the functionality of the garment during the ride. Multiple materials are selected for using on the different panels to combine ventilation, breathability and protection.
J-STABILITY SYSTEM: An elasticated system that is made with a double density fabric, with a carbon interior and a micro-perforated exterior. Used at the bottom of the cyclist jerseys and jackets, this elasticated system is pre-shaped and offers firm garment positioning and a perfect fit when pedalling.
COMPOSITION:
MICROFORATO: An incredibly lightweight fabric that is made from a polyester microfibre that offers micro-compression and excellent coverage. It integrates carbon protection for the vital organs. The inside layer is structured to create air pockets that facilitate airflow, while the micro-perforations on the outer surface increase ventilation and drying time. Weight: 130 gr/m². UPF 50+ protection.
RAP-DRY CARBON: The fabric is made from carbon tread inserted horizontally in the polyester fibres. It dries quickly and provides great comfort thanks to its carbon antistatic properties. It is naturally antibacterial and wicks moisture to keep you cool and dry Weight: 130 gr/m². UV UPF30+ protection.
MESH DRAGON: Soft, thin micro-mesh fabric that is used for ventilation and improved aerodynamics. The structured pattern creates micro-turbulence, which helps reduce drag. Weight: 80 gr/m².
