BALM DIRECTION FOR USE:
- Apply locally on the affected area (muscles or joints) with light massages, 30min before exercising
- Maximum once a day while training
- This does not exempt from warming up the muscles before exercising.
GEL MASSAGE DIRECTION FOR USE:
- Reapply up to twice a day with ascending movements.
OIL MASSAGE DIRECTION FOR USE:
- Apply one oil pump pressure with light and circular massages on the sensitive areas: body, muscles and joints
