DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Apply the gel starting with feet and insiting on the sole and moving up on the leg and finish with the upper part of the tights, making ascending movement up to 3 times a day
- Also suitable for arms massages, from the ends towards the shoulders
- For more cold effect, keep in the fridge.
