TECHNOLOGY:

COOLMAX®: A highly technical and unique fabric, specially designed to keep the user dry and comfortable. Coolmax® fabrics are made with Dacron polyester fibres that have a large surface area. This special 4-channel fibre forms a transport system to help wick moisture from the skin to the outer layer. Coolmax® dries quicker than any other fabric and acts on the body's heat regulation. Water-repellent, it retains up to 8 times less moisture than nylon and 14 times less than cotton. It also eliminates any unpleasant odours.

RANGE:

BE ACTIVE EXTREME helps athletes optimise their performance in mild and cold weather. This thin, lightweight and elastic micro polyester is channel-stitched with a combination of two high-tech fibres. The channels accelerate moisture transport, which cools the body down while hollow fibres on the outside offer insulation as well as transporting moisture to the next layer.

Range selection

A few examples to help you choose the right range:

  • For alpine skiing (low to medium activity) at a temperature of 0°C, chose a Be Active or Keep Warm base layer depending on how much you feel the cold.
  • For running skiing (high intensity activity) at a temperature of 2 or 3°C, chose a Be Active Extreme or Be Active base layer depending on how much you feel the cold.
  • For indoor sports or outdoor sports in warm weather, choose a Stay Cool base layer.
