Shipping information

Every sale has its own shipping delay. You can find an estimated shipping delay in the header of each sale, as well as on our product pages.

On some of our sales, a 25 day shipping delay is necessary. Indeed, on these sales, we do not have the stock, we deal directly with our partner brands in order to receive only the items ordered by our clients throughout the duration of the sale. As soon as we receive the products in our warehouse, we prepare your order.

The shipping delay corresponds to the time needed to prepare and send your order. It does not therefore include the delivery time which varies according to the delivery option chosen.

Once your order has been prepared by our Logistics Service, an email will automatically be sent to you.

With its numerous properties, Softshell technology helps us to face all the weather conditions that nature throws at us. This technology makes the product highly windproof, waterproof, flexible and abrasion-resistant.

PolarLite: The Polarlite range regroups products with different weights and characteristics (stretch, microfibre, body-mapping, printed shirts) to meet the requirements of high-mountain outdoor activities. These garments are extremely light and warm. They are comfortable on the skin, easy to maintain and dry quickly. Polarlite flannel has hollow fibres. The hollow polyester fibres have channels that trap air. This gives them insulating properties.
