TECHNOLOGY:
THERMO TWIN SKIN®: By creating TTS® technology, Coasto steps away from the traditional process of how SUP boards are made. It uses the basic components of a SUP board, Drop Stitch core and laminated PVC, but is assembled differently. The 2 PVC layers are not glued to the core, they are heat sealed. This makes the board significantly lighter, more eco-friendly and more durable over time.
DROP STITCH: The best inflatable technology on the market! A webbing made up of thousands of polyester fibre structures inside the board, this is know as a sandwich. A second PVC layer is placed on top of this construction. When inflated under high pressure (15 Psi), these SUP boards guarantee outstanding stiffness and maintain their original shape in all conditions.
COMPOSITION:
EVA: Compact and dense, EVA foam is a polymer similar to elastomer materials in terms of softness and flexibility. This material is highly resistant and has good clarity and shine, UV resistance and adhesive properties.
