TECHNOLOGY:
Double Safety Release Function: Heel-piece with vertical and side release function for optimal safety.
0°/7°/13° Climbing Aids: The wedge provides two positions at 7° and 13°, easy to adjust with the ski pole, even in an unstable position. Built-in elastomer pads cushion the impact to reduce the traditional slamming and enable more comfortable walking.
Kingpin Heel Crampon: The revolutionary heelpiece construction for PinTech bindings provides plenty of contact points with the sole for direct power transfer without dissipation, which is usually typical for alpine ski bindings. The Kingpin heel-piece is also more secure than traditional PinTech bindings.
PinTech Kingpin: Easy to install crampons for Kingpin and Alpinist. Available in 80mm, 90mm, 105mm, 120mm
Toe Power: The PinTech Kingpin toe-piece design encourages an ergonomic foot roll and more direct connection with the ski. 6 steel springs trap the energy, up to a DIN value of 13. Fixed markers make it quick and easy to put on quickly and easily in any conditions.
Transmitter: Ball bearing power transmitter on the heel for minimum friction and maximum centring for lateral heel movements
