TECHNOLOGY:

R'SONIC STITCHLESS TECHNOLOGY: CAD laser-cut and sealed using high-frequency technology, waterproof stitchless seams are soft, light and flat. They are also stretchy and guarantee optimal tear resistance. This process enhances the clean style of R'Adys clothing. Other laser-sealed details such as the buckles and flat waistband are also part of their unique style. Advantages of this technology:

  • Increased elasticity
  • Lightweight
  • Compact
  • Practical resistant stitching
  • No wicking effect

COMPOSITION:

R'TECH LIGHT: The PU membrane provides optimal breathability and water-resistance to the clothes, with its ultra-lightweight construction it ensures good thermal insulation, keeps your body dry and resists wind and abrasion.

Kevlar®: Best known for its use in resistant armour, Kevlar® is an aramid fibre developed by DuPont™. It is a thermoplastic polymer consisting of aromatic rings which are separated by the amide groups. It is also used in various garments, accessories and equipment to enhance safety and abrasion resistance. It is light, durable and resistant.

This is a synthetic fibre which has excellent tensile properties and a high tensile strength. The toughness of Kevlar comes from its structure of hydrogen bonds held together between polymer chains.

Advantages:

  • Good traction resistance
  • Low density (1.45)
  • Zero thermal expansion
  • Vibration absorption and cushioning
  • Excellent shock and wear resistance
  • Good chemical behaviour

CERTIFICATION:

PFC Free: PFCs belong to a group of chemical compounds that are used in a number of outdoor products for waterproofing the outer material. Their use has received a lot of criticism, as they are considered non-biodegradable. They build up in the body and are suspected to be harmful to health.

PFC-free products are environmentally friendly.
