Shipping information

Every sale has its own shipping delay. You can find an estimated shipping delay in the header of each sale, as well as on our product pages.

On some of our sales, a 25 day shipping delay is necessary. Indeed, on these sales, we do not have the stock, we deal directly with our partner brands in order to receive only the items ordered by our clients throughout the duration of the sale. As soon as we receive the products in our warehouse, we prepare your order.

The shipping delay corresponds to the time needed to prepare and send your order. It does not therefore include the delivery time which varies according to the delivery option chosen.

Once your order has been prepared by our Logistics Service, an email will automatically be sent to you.

CLIMATIC™:our toughest climate fabric, designed and tested for prolonged use in harsh environments. This extremely durable and robust tightly woven polyamide fabric has inherent wind resistance and weather protection due to its construction; it is still flexible due to its weft stretch. The material has a cotton-like feel with a matt appearance, a poplin woven structure, iron-free care and a fast drying time. The surface has been treated with a durable water repellent (DWR) without perfluorinated chemicals (PFC-free DWR).
