TECHNOLOGY: 

DWR: This coating allows water to form beads and run off the shell fabric instead of being absorbed. The water-repellent outer fabric increases insulation and prevents it from being saturated by liquids, preventing any feeling of dampness.

ShellTec: Shelltec fabric membrane combines impermeability with a breathable windproof barrier (water column - 10,000 mm and vapour permeability 10,000 gr/m2/24h). It is designed as an outer layer and its function is to minimise the loss of body heat when exposed to wind and water. This fabric is perfect for outdoor activities where weather conditions require high external protection.

ThermaShell: Thanks to its hollow fibre, ThermaShell fabric provides excellent insulation that provides heat and water resistance as well as softness, lightness and compressibility. Its microfibres are designed to create surface tension to resist moisture penetration. ThermaShell provides: performance, warmth and comfort, excellent thermal efficiency, high water resistance, quicker drying that down, as warm and soft as feather, breathable, compressible, strength and durability (machine washable), very light.

CERTIFICATION: 

PFC Free: PFCs belong to a group of chemical compounds that are used in a number of outdoor products for waterproofing the outer material. Their use has received a lot of criticism, as they are considered non-biodegradable. They build up in the body and are suspected to be harmful to health.
