Shipping information

Every sale has its own shipping delay. You can find an estimated shipping delay in the header of each sale, as well as on our product pages.

On some of our sales, a 25 day shipping delay is necessary. Indeed, on these sales, we do not have the stock, we deal directly with our partner brands in order to receive only the items ordered by our clients throughout the duration of the sale. As soon as we receive the products in our warehouse, we prepare your order.

The shipping delay corresponds to the time needed to prepare and send your order. It does not therefore include the delivery time which varies according to the delivery option chosen.

Once your order has been prepared by our Logistics Service, an email will automatically be sent to you.

PFC Free:PFCs (perfluorocarbons) belong to a group of chemical compounds that are used in many outdoor products to waterproof the outdoor material. They are the subject of criticism because they are considered non-biodegradable, contribute to the greenhouse effect and are suspected of being endocrine disruptors that are harmful to health.

PFC Free products are therefore manufactured in an environmentally friendly way, without PFCs.
